a nice stroll through the countryside, and I capture the moments of joy shared with the family.
Wedding Photography
Your wedding day is about you as a couple and being able to enjoy your day fully with your family and guests. The photography should reflect your own personalities and desires rather than being a prescriptive list of 'poses' that you are not comfortable with and may look a bit contrived!
As well as timeless, classic formal shots my trademark is that we also capture the informal, unstaged moments of your most memorable days to create a series of priceless images that tell the full story of your big day.
From wedding celebrations through to children and family portraits, your photographs are precious instances in time. My goal is to capture the emotions and natural characters present within any setting in a friendly, informal and unobtrusive style.

Family Photography
Family photography is everything. It's tied in with narrating and catching the adoration, feeling and bonds we share. It's realising that youth and each achievement is so brief and fleeting, from little children, to growing up.
Allow me to capture your story in the wonderful Aberdeenshire open country. Outside family photograph shoots are ideal for infants, babies, and youngsters, and great fun when the entire family participate!

Pet Photography
I’m passionate about capturing the essence of your pets with meaningful portraits. I specialise in photographing dogs, catching epic actions shots and creating striking portraits, which make for beautiful wall art for you to treasure.
Outdoor pet photo sessions are such a great way to capture them in a perfect, natural environment. I’ll capture a nice mixture of action and posed images throughout the hour-long photo session, all while ensuring the pets and owners enjoy a fun filled experience.
On my photography portrait and lifestyle shoots, you and your pet will get my full attention. Patience is key and I will wait until your pet is comfortable and showing their true personality before we begin shooting. I hand edit each photo exclusively in the style that I feel suits the picture and shows off your pet in the best possible way.

Online Basic DSLR Training
Do you own a fancy DSLR camera that you have never had the time to learn how to use properly? Have you tried to use it and found the images aren’t turning out like you wanted? If so, why not sign up to my online interactive Basic DLSR training session!
I spend around 2 hours going over the basic controls, settings and menus with you to help you learn how to get the best out of your camera. We will also explore subjects like composition, lighting and I will take time to answer all your questions.
With this session you will have full access to me for follow up support to help you when needed as well as receiving a copy of the session notes.
You can also book a 1 to 1 session on location where we go out with the cameras and get them working. This is a great way to learn your camera and start to understand how to get the best photos from your gear!
